Memoirs of a Bible Smuggler

This is a true story set during the Cold War, an era when Christians who resisted the Communists’ godless decrees faced prison or death. A naïve housewife from the Piney Woods of Texas, Jeana dreamed of being a Bible smuggler. She, and her husband Jeff, began praying an extra hour in the evenings. They were soon overseas, smuggling Bibles to Christians hungry for God’s Word.

Dancing on Thin Ice

In this memoir, replete with Jewish humor and sardonic Russian irony, exiled Russian journalist and human rights advocate Arkady Polishchuk (b. 1930) colorfully narrates his evolution as a dissenter and his work on behalf of persecuted Christians in 1970s Soviet Russia.

The Fugitive

After his release from prison, Pastor Ladin Popv became a fugitive, harassed and chased by the Bulgarian Secret Service for fifteen years until his escape.

Flight to Freedom

The firsthand account of a Christian family’s determination to do God’s work despite constant danger under the tightening grip of Communism in Romania.
